Peaceful environment
Publié le 22 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I stayed 6 nights here. We have 2 chihuahua dogs they had so much fun in the large yard. We had a wonderful, peaceful vacation. Over all 4 and 3/4 stars.

Large yard and close to town

When owners were made aware they did call the authorities to come take care of it. House was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay

Rural retreat
Publié le 5 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayNice place to stay if you want country quiet but is only a few miles from shopping. Good privacy on this acreage. Plenty of room for two adults. This place is a cutely decorated older home, so it is not perfect but suited us.We did bring our own Roku device so we could stream our favorite TV shows. Our hosts were easy to contact and pleasant to deal with.

Cute house close to everything !

Especially after traveling with a 3 year old and 8 month old it was so nice to go right in and get situated. There were definitely a ton of air fresheners in the house that was a little overwhelming but we unplugged them all and it was fine after that. The house was super cute and very clean! They also provided a pack n play and high chair which was so convenient because we didn't have to bring either one of those. Huge backyard and screened in back patio which we really enjoyed spending time in. We loved our stay and even had a little frog that visited the kitchen window every night. Only complaint (which we understand is out of the owner's hands) was the neighbors were extremely loud late at night, so loud that our baby woke up multiple times from the noise which is a shame because other than that the house is perfect. Had a great time.

Horrible Ending
Publié le 5 août 2022 sur HomeAwayTry to say that we broke blinds that when we got there they were just stuck up there and as soon as we opened the door they fell off so we put them to the side to not damage them, said they were missing 2 remotes to the Tv's, we never found the one in the 2nd bedroom and put the 1 in the living room back in the pot where we found it, they never did tell us if they found it or not, knobs in the bathroom we're just sitting on The drawers, they fell off as soon as we opened the drawer and we set them to the side thinking they must have known, we even left toilet paper and paper towels, washed all the towels and laundry!! Even watered the plants, we actually left it cleaner than it was when we got there, very disappointed in the end, was excited in the beginning!!
Not to mention The drunk neighbors who were up screaming all night running their airboat till 5 AM but we had nothing to say about that, or the fact that the trailer doesn't get below 80°, we didn't complain about that or the fact that the kids went all week with no TV, we literally watered their plants we did the laundry we did everything!!

We just can say that you were very nice renting the property for your stepdaughter because you live nearby but there were too many people staying and didn’t care to keep the property the same way that was when arrived. We keep the property very clean and organize for the guest to enjoy their vacation not to make it worse.

A good place for a short stay.
Publié le 4 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayA nice country style situation. The best thing about the property lies next door where there's a farm and animals to observe. The property is very basic. The toilet clogged the first time it was used. Had to purchase a plunger cause one wasn't provided nor a dust pan for cleaning. No cable channels and pretty far from everything. Pets are allowed and as a last resort I'd recommend it for that fact. The property is clean and communication with the owners were satisfactory.

Kevin gave me a bad review but the problem was that he took with him few things of our inventory and broke the ping pong table, He asked me for a big discount and we did it for him. The house was very dirty after he left. The cable was working fine he just changed the input of the signal. Will not recomend him at all.
