Weekend at LegoLand
Publié le 7 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay in the home was comfortable and its a close distance from Legoland which was awesome. The property is what is listed for the most part. The house is spacious and comfortable for large families. The pool is great and the outside patio has seating.
We feel the house could be updated and some of the comments on other posts have not been addressed.

Nice home
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home was very spacious, nice, and my family and I had a wonderful week spending time together. The pool and hot tub were great. We were able to enjoy eating under the covered part of the pool deck.
The management team was great. Their response to the couple issues were immediate.
We will definitely consider coming back to this home.
A couple issues that could help for future guests:
We loved having the grill to cook on, but the heat deflectors above the burners were missing. We took heat deflectors from an old grill next to the house which helped somewhat, but overall it was difficult to use.
In the kitchen, there were a lot of dishes and pans but not one 9x13 baking dish. It would be helpful to have at least one either glass or pan in this size.
The bathroom across from the laundry room did not have a shower liner.

Great spot

Disney vacation home

Comfortable large home, excellent owner response
Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was large and easily accommodated our party of 10 adults. It’s in a gated community. The house itself was clean, but showing some signs of its age. Some of the mattresses could use replacing. But overall, we had a pleasant stay. The owner was very attentive to our needs and very responsive when we had questions. Overall, we had a great stay.

Below normal standards, dirty, trashed left

On my first walk thru of the house, i found a used tooth brush in 1 bathroom and trash left on the counter in another bathroom. Dishwasher leaked every time it was used. Blinds missing in another bathroom and kitchen area. The second to last day of our trip appliances were delivered to the house and were expected to be installed(we checked out the next day at 10 am). Multiple floor tiles are cracked and sharp on the corners. I would not recommend fairway rentals to anyone. I called and sent emails with pictures and all i got was an apology and blaming the cleaning company they hired.

Regarding the dishwasher, we had already scheduled a replacement due to a pre-existing leak, and we understand the unfortunate timing of its delivery during your stay. However, we're glad it was resolved promptly, providing you with a new appliance.
Regarding the cleanliness issues you mentioned, we were disappointed to hear about them, especially since we take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness as we pay a good amount of money to cleaners as well as a property inspector before every stay. It's worth noting that these concerns were not brought to our attention until the day of your check-out. Had we been made aware earlier, we would have taken immediate action to address them.
Regarding the alleged broken floor tiles, we have thoroughly inspected the property and found no evidence to support this claim.
Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences you encountered. We regret that these issues were not brought to our attention earlier, as we would have taken immediate action to address them.
