Clean but needs work
Publié le 20 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean.Perfect location for sun,walk to stores and trips out.However the villa could benefit from a few extras ie.a drying rack for dripping bathers,mirrors in the bedrooms and more storage space as most of the drawers were full of owners belongings.All furniture very old,beds in two rooms were so noisy and extremly uncomfortable and please,please renew the sofas.They are just covered wood,no stuffing and terrible to sit on.Would use the villa again but it needs some updating.Oh tree on the driveway needs trimming as difficult to open car door.Pool was very green and not cleaned until our second week where the cleaner left the filter debris on the side for us to dispose of.

Convenience but ...
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe 5th time renting at Southern Dunes but this house couldn't compare to the others. Fantastic locations however the Beds and furniture not at all comfortable. Had to hunt for towels and wash clothes - which also should be replaced.

Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time and stay at our vacation house. The house was clean and pretty, spaceous and had a nice pool. Haines City is a nice place to stay with lots of eating and grocery shops in the neighbourhood. And close to all the attraction parks.

Spacious home with great location!
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is one of the best homes I've had the pleasure of staying in. It is very spacious, well kept and a beautiful and convenient location. There is an entrance gate that is always station with a guard which added an extra sense of security for my family. The host even created a fun little treasure hunt that my children enjoyed! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a family vacation.

Great Getaway
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaySuper convenient! Wish I knew about this place before this trip! The house is a very comfortable size for a family of 4-6. Everything about the place was fantastic! Communication with the host was quick and the small issue of extra towels was resolved quickly. The community is great- peaceful and unique, established and comfortable. I will absolutely look to book this place again!
