For really affordable accomodation it had everything we needed. Very friendly and hospitable host.

Amazing hospitality
Publié le 9 févr. 2023 sur HotelsThis was the perfect stay in Hakuba. Easy walking distance to restaurants and ski resort shuttles. The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff - particularly the main woman who seems to do everything around there - was second to none! She spoke perfect English and helped with everything from recommending restaurants and onsen, navigating how to take different ski shuttles, to even giving me a ride to the bus station early one morning when I wanted to catch an early shuttle for a powder day. I would stay here again without hesitation simply because of the incredible hospitality and helpfulness. I felt right at home, and she was an absolute rock star who made my stay amazing.
The breakfast in the onsite restaurant was fantastic and convenient, the drying room for ski gear was more than sufficient, and everything I needed was there. My room was very spacious and had everything you'd expect. My only slight complaint was that it was difficult to keep my room warm enough at times and it could be quite chilly in the evenings - however my stay also coincided with one of the coldest stretches you'll ever experience in Hakuba, so that was definitely a factor. For reference, I stayed in the "log cabin" which is a separate building from the main Pension Meteor building, and the log cabin seems a bit draftier. Fine once in bed with all the sheets on.
Overall I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hakuba - especially those who only speak English.

水浸し
