After a long day at the beach, relax with some wine, in the private enclosed back yard. Grill up your dinner on the front porch as you gather with your family. Amazing!!!
Everything was perfect! The location is great! I was worried about it being right on the highway but there was no noise problems or any problems with having to cross the street or get out of the driveway. All the beds were comfy, everything from towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, beach supplies, etc. were provided! We ran out of toilet paper about halfway through but that’s prob because.we had a larger party. The grocery store is only 7 minutes away so it wasn’t a big deal. We really loved it here and Rick checked on us through text to make sure we were having a good time and if we had any questions.

north shore real experiance
Upon arrival, we were greeted right on time and we were given a tour of the whole house. This is the perfect spot if you want to be near Pipeline, Sunset Beach, V-Land or Even the Ritz. It is 6min drive to Foodland and 20min to Haleiwa. There is parking and acces to washer and dryer. The backroom or master room looks over into the Pupukea hill. I highly recommend this property and it was super clean.

Our stay at Rick’s house was perfect. It was exactly as it has been portrayed and described in the listing. The house was immacualte when we arrived and had everything we needed and more to fully enjoy our stay. We can’t say enough good things about this property!

This is a great house. Very clean and as good, if not better, than advertised. Rick is an amazing host. Close to everything on the North shore. Only complaint is the road noise since the home is on the main highway.

Loved our stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Rick’s VRBO rental! Rick was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. The house was perfect for our family—plenty of space for my two brothers, parents, wife, and baby. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to some of the best North Shore surf breaks and beaches. You can also walk to some great breakfast spots like Ted's and Sunrise Shack. Highly recommend for anyone looking to soak in the North Shore vibes!

This property has everything you need for a great stay. Nicely decorated and updated with perfect location. Roomy enough for 4 adults although we were’t home much! We were met by the owners when we arrived as they clearly care about their property and the quality of product they provide.

Amazing North Shore property
We had a wonderful time staying at Rick’s place. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The house was so clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and we loved how he’s decorated each room. The house is a really short walk to Ted’s bakery (we went more than once) but the real bonus is how close it is to the beach!

Great Stay!
We enjoyed our 7 night stay at Rick's home! The home is very nice and clean and suited the needs of our family of six. There is a beach that is a 5-10 minute walk and other beaches are very close. It was nice that there were beach chairs and toys, as well as an ice chest available for our use. We would stay here again.

Perfect family getaway on North Shore!
Rick was so kind and met us at the house for our late check-in. Our family of 6 loved the house; it was stocked with everything we needed and some items we forgot! All the beach accessories were a plus! The house's location was a major convenience, allowing us to easily travel the island. Our only regret was not having more time! Loved our time at the house and look forward to returning one day.

Wonderful stay in the North Shore
We (myself, spouse and 17 and 14 year old teenagers) had a wonderful stay at Rick's house on the North Shore. The house has a great location for visiting all the iconic beaches on the North Shore and travelling over to the east coast to visit the Polynesian Cultural center as well as Kualoa Ranch. It is a 10 min walk to Sunset Beach and a 5 min walk to Ted's bakery. Ted's serves an informal breakfast, lunch and dinner. You are about a 10 min drive to an amazing Foodland that has great produce and very tasty Poke and Shushi. The house was very comfortable with split unit air conditioning in every room. My teenagers really liked having their own TVs in their rooms as well as a big screen TV in the living room. Rick provided everything you could possibly need, extra soap, shampoo, diving masks, beach towels and body boards. He was great at communicating and very responsive in providing information. We loved staying at Rick's house.

Fantastic Stay!
We loved everything about Rick’s house! Clean, comfortable beds, great location. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Rick met us at the house when we checked in and couldn’t have been nicer. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Amazing stay at Ricks place. Rick met us at the property and gave us loads of great tips about exploring the north shore. Property was fantastic for our family and in a perfect location, colour of minutes walk from the beach. Had a wonderful stay!

Great North Shore House
Spent 8 nights at this great North Shore house Rick greeted us and made checkin easy. House was very clean. Kitchen well appointed. Beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards to use. Location: 5 minute walk to a very quiet nice beach with hardly anyone on it. Just over a mile to Bonzai pipeline. 3 minute walk to Ted’s which has great breakfast and more. 2 minute walk to bike path which is 4 miles of great path for biking/walking/running. Residential neighborhood and house sits on main road of N Shore. Some noise, especially deck but bedrooms are toward back of the house. Wonderful house to stay. Couldn’t be more different than Honolulu/Waikiki.
