Newly built contemporary two-story apartment in a safe, quiet neighborhood—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and bluff-top coastal trail, and a 10-minute walk to downtown and the farmers market.

Downtown Half Moon Bay is within walking distance and offers a charming Main Street filled with unique locally owned shops, excellent restaurants, and breweries.

Inside, the apartment features a bright, modern design with radiant floor heating throughout and solar-powered skylights for abundant natural light. The second-floor balcony is perfect for watching gorgeous sunsets with a peek of the ocean.

The eat-in kitchen boasts built-in bench seating surrounded by windows, bringing the outdoors in. High-end appliances and cooking essentials include a microwave, toaster, French press, and an instant hot water tap for tea.

The layout offers flexibility and privacy, with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and a living room and second bedroom on the second floor. A private walkway leads to a separate entrance and a spacious first-floor deck with comfortable built-in seating—ideal for relaxing.

For an added touch of sustainability, the home features reclaimed redwood furniture made from the deck that once stood here. After a day at the beach, enjoy the outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse.
