Nice hotel with a good breakfast. The hotel is clean, pet friendly, caters nicely to families. Pool, arcade, and small gym. We spent 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly, helpful and warm. We will return.

Great place on Chocolate Lake
Posted Aug. 20, 2024 on HotelsNice hotel within short drive to Halifax harbour. Clean, comfortable, great staff. There is an in house restaurant and bar with a patio overlooking the lake. Enjoyed our stay!

Property was nice, beautiful view of Lake. Staff was professional and attentive. Unfortunately, the smell in the room was to much. Smelt like wet dog. Staff was great about us changing our room the second room did not smell as strong but there was still a strong smell. I think the hotel needs to change its carpets and maybe put in laminate or something does that does not retain a musty smell
