The Space:
Welcome to our exquisite three-floor house, meticulously designed as part of our premium design program. With high ceilings and an open concept floor plan, this space exudes a sense of elegance and sophistication.

Created to provide a "home away from home" experience, our house offers everything you need for both short-term and long-term stays. Two cozy bedrooms, along with an office featuring a futon, provide ample sleeping space for your comfort.

The main floor boasts an inviting open concept living room, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with loved ones.

Descend to the basement, where you'll find a fully equipped gym, complete with a sauna, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine. Additionally, a convenient laundry room is available for your use.

Step outside to our backyard oasis, featuring two spacious patios where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The yard offers a generous size, providing a perfect setting for various outdoor activities.

Great stay at 45 Onyx Crescent in Halifax
The house was found as described in the listing, modern, in very good condition, and located in a quiet family neighborhood only a 15 minute drive from downtown Halifax. We (party of 6 adults) found the house properly cleaned and outfitted, and nicely warmed, upon our arrival. The check-in instructions (essentially the keycodes for the front door and garage door) were provided 2 days in advance of our arrival, and we had no problem accessing the house. The house is spacious with three levels. The entry level has a large and well appointed kitchen, a spacious dining/living room area (complete with cable television), and an outdoor deck with patio furniture. The second level has one large ensuite master bedroom, one medium guest bedroom, a study room that doubled as a third bedroom with a fold our double bed, and one guest bathroom. All linens and towels were provided. The ground level contained a laundry room with modern washer and dryer, a decent home gym, a 1-person sauna, and a full toilet/bathroom. The only glitch encountered was the non-functional garage door, but this was not a show stopper as there was enough space on the driveway to park our rented Chrysler minivan comfortably. Overall, we had a pleasant 6-night stay and left quite satisfied with this house rental experience.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood.
We enjoyed the deck at night. Comfortable beds and living room. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog. Quick walking access to a beautiful wooded trail. Cooked in both nights. Easy to get around.

Beautiful Home but …
This home is a very nice home (I can’t deny that) … it is newer more modern build. I would not normally be picky about little things and would likely have simply rated this feedback high … until I messaged the property manager on our first day that we had reserved for 5 people and there were only 4 towels. I received a response over 12hrs later to advise that they would send the cleaners to drop off another towel. We never received them. For that reason I will share feedback I otherwise would usually not take the time to do. While the home is nice, I’m not sure I would list this property as “luxury” … the windows have paper blinds and all the furniture is either old and run down or ikea quality. The pillows and sheets are equally cheap. Two of the bed mattress covers have stains that appear to be urine stains (I took photos). I completely understand that it’s a rental property and that one may not invest in expensive things but even the towels are small and old (mine was a Christmas pattern towel). Simply said I would expect more for a “luxury” property. Both showers upstairs had clogged drains … I was standing in a tub of water and my mother used the plunger to unclog hers. Someone had previously obviously smoked in the garage and it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke that lingered into the hallway. My obvious main concern would be the service available while on the property … I would expect a more timely response and to meet our needs.

Spacious house with gym & infrared sauna
This is a vacation rental within a residential neighborhood. We enjoyed the easy check-in and the space we got for our entire family. I was driving a lot on this trip and the infrared sauna definitely rejuvenated my body. There’s A/C cooling in most areas except for the 2 non-primary bedrooms. But we got nice cool breeze coming in through the screened windows so it was great. You’ll need to be able to climb stairs. Nice 3 level separation for various activities.

Lovely house.
We really enjoyed the stay. The house was modern, clean and comfortable. It was hot and the AC unit seemed to struggle? But apart from that it was lovely! About a $25 Uber ride to the Waterfront which was great.
