Very peaceful with spectacular views

Each cottage is very separate with views looking in different directions which gave us a 100% feel of being the only ones there. The cottages have been beautifully built and furnished with everything you could need. We were there in the middle of winter. There was an open fire but you do need to run the reverse cycle all the time as well as the ceilings are high and a lof heat goes up there - but it's incredibly atmospheric. Electric blanket on the bed was a lovely touch on very cool nights. The host, Aidan, was very attentive - wood delivered every morning early and broken toaster replaced immediately, without question. We would definitely return and also refer all friends and family. Just a lovely way to finish our 3 weeks on the road. We stayed here for four nights.

Beautiful views and was amazing to have the wildlife right at the front door.

Paradise in the Grampians
Publié le 16 juill. 2020 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time at the pioneer cottages, staying in the lovely log cabin. We were blessed with beautiful sunny days and enjoyed having a glass of wine on the porch overlooking the magnificent Grampians and being entertained by the wildlife. The sounds of the zoo next door added to the perfect environment.

Stunning location
