Perfect for a couple getaway!

Nice getaway

The accommodation was good value for money in Halls Gap. The downstairs area doesn’t have a lot of natural light, so it felt quite dark. It could do with a bit of a freshen up paint wise to brighten the place up.
The reverse cycle took a while to kick in and heat the place up and it made this really annoying high pitched noise when running.
The bed wasn’t overly comfortable and bed linen felt quite worn. One of the bedside lamps didn’t have a bulb in it so couldn’t be used.
Again good value for what we paid but just want others to be aware of what to expect.

Thanks for your feedback as our aim is certainly to provide affordable accommodation that is clean and comfortable.
The interior walls are generally painted white which helps in brightening up the place. The mattress gets replaced every 5 years and we actually have lots of guests sat it is extremely comfortable. As for the linen we replace it several times a year and have recently purchased another three sets of linen.
Sorry it didn’t meet your needs however we do try extremely hard to provide affordable quality accommodation for our guests.

Beautiful setting in great location

Second stay - we will be back

Great location. An easy walk in to town, or to trails & pet friendly, so we can bring our beautiful dogs.

Short stay @ Janaza
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fabulous stay the property was clean and very comfortable 2 lovely sofas downstairs and the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a full size fridge freezer it a shame the kitchen window is really small missing out on the beautiful view and wildlife however didn't ruin our stay.Upstairs was a comfortable bed and another sofa outside there was a lovely deck around 2 sides of the property with sitting areas all around we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again 😀

A home away from home.

This great property surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature was just what was needed for a peaceful and relaxing time away.
