We paid premium price to stay one night and were assured that the room had air conditioning. It was stuffy and hot and turns out that there was one very small vent that blew out a trickle of air. The front desk told us they didn’t even have a fan for us! There were also empty containers of hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel, and we had to go to the front desk because he didn’t have soap to wash our hands. We stayed in one of the family rooms and the furniture was awkwardly big, so it was very hard to even navigate around the room with four people. Way over priced for the amenities and space.

Of course, the prices for just one night in high season are higher than if you book earlier, more nights or not in the summer holidays, it is the same like every where.You have received written information twice before arrival about the studio equipment and the room size from your booking provider expedia.It is clearly described there that we have a ventilation system, same of the expedia booking page.We apologize that your soap dispenser was empty.You can get a new one at reception at any time.Adagio access Hamburg

checkout option after 11 am would be great .
free coffee, water, tea was appreciated.
laundry was appreciated but only one dryer so wait time was longer than expected. overall average property for price with good but not great customer service. employees all very nice.
