Man entered my room 3 times while I was undressed

I was solo with my 6 year old daughter. He kept entering. Only spoke german. There is NO ONE AT THE APT. Its all remote - do they know who this maintenance guy with the tattoos is who is entering my room? DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR WOMEN. Contruction going on. I emailed support - they were remote and just said sorry, he is allowed to do that - BY EMAIL. What do we know about their background checks? I Never want to use a hotel on hotels.com that doesnt have on site services, its not safe for women. Hotels.com gave me a refund and another room. How dare they?!

Guess your room Number!!
Publié le 8 août 2020 sur HotelsWe arrived around 22.00 to the ”hotel” . This is not a hotel but a studio kinda apartment . Also there s no staff , its a self check in . But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in every floor ! There was other guest with similar problems .
