The hotel is clean. Rooms are comfortable and spacious but they can be hot. No a/c in the rooms. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is excellent.

The check-in process was too long. And then when we got to our room, we Americans were not familiar with the ‘key in the slot for full electrical services.’ It would have been more professional to have been told that before going to our room.
