Charming low-priced central address

The Commodore is centrally located and within walking distance to the port, the theatres and 1.5 miles from the warehouse district. Great lobby, spacious rooms, colonial style, and fenced-in free parking next door. Low-priced compared to competing hotels around Hamburg. Would return for another stay.

Very Pleasant stay

I've stayed in. the hotel Commodore previously and again it was a really enjoyable experience - great location for the event that I was at, nice sized room with a desk. Only negative really was a couple of the tv channels that I wanted to watch didn't have reception but otherwise a really nice experience

Very good hotel albeit a little noisy

All good from my point of view. The location matters a lot and that was excellent. Some people might struggle with the traffic noise but it didn't affect me. WiFi was superb and 24 access is also a great bonus.

Great hotel in a great location

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. In a great location, easily accessible to everything in town. Less than 5 mins walk to St.Pauli station and close to a beautiful park.

Nice location, bad customer service

Location wise the hotel is ideal and not far away from town centre. However, carpet of the hotel room smelt old and dusty and one particular staff wasn't friendly at all and very dismissive. I paid for 3x breakfasts on the day I arrived and was told I can get it refunded should I choose not to eat. Unfortunately I was too busy on the days I stayed there and didn't eat breakfast for those 3 days. I asked for a refund on the day I checked out and was told I wasn't entitled to it. One lady behind the reception was totally rude and basically told me there was nothing she can do. Said that I should I thought about it before I made the purchase. I would not stay there again even If I was getting paid for it!

Great location in the neighborhood for Reeperbahn Conference/ festival for our industry meeting. Very helpful and accommodating staff, good breakfast ( though extra).
