We had 2 nice spacious suites for our family. They were clean and well equipped with lots of natural light. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I found the walking distance a bit far from downtown but maybe easier with the tram.

Not perfect

Room temperature was too hot and there's is no AC in the room so impossible to set the room temperature. The controller in the room only activate a noisy fan but don't expect to get some cold air. Other point is that we book a king size bed but we end up with 2 single bed.

Grande chambre spacieuse et confortable. En revanche nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude du samedi soir au dimanche toute la journée. L'accès au sauna n'est pas du tout pratique (pas de peignoir ni de chaussons)

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Possibilité de parking en sous-sol Seul point négatif, l'attente le matin pour accéder à la salle du petit déjeuner.

Perfect hotel clean and well equipped but the restaurant for dinner would be a good improvement. Anyway, there are many restaurants near there. Very good breakfast and wifi.
