No one at the desk to check in. Terrible mattress, toilet did not flush well

Tv remote and phone didnt work. Carpet was dirty and needed overall updating in room.

It’s not worth what you pay
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe place is very outdated but the staff is so nice and the pool and hot tub were nice and very well kept, some of the rooms don’t get Wi-Fi and some of the rooms stink really bad like mold and cigarette smoke. I have bad allergies. The first room was a big no-no. I had to go and have them change it only to get to the second room and see that they had no Internet, and that would not have worked for me because I had a lot of work to do on my computer , The third room the toilet didn’t flush appropriately. You had to hold it down and it flushed. I just didn’t want to change rooms for the fourth time. I guess it was the manager when I went to check out I had my dog with me mind you they let animals come to the hotel the manager seems so triggered by her being in the lobby, he was talking smack to me. Why allow people to bring your pets if you’re gonna make them feel unwelcome , the beds are so that you can feel the springs And the TV is a dinosaur . The telephone is so old it’s actually discolored. I mean, they should just list it as a cheap motel to be honest and the worst part is the set up of the hotel rooms are in the basement and some rooms are upstairs. I had an anxiety attack. The lady didn’t tell me how to get out of the building

The only issue I had was another guest stole my door dash food delivery. The front desk manager, Megan I believe, was diligent and reviewed the security footage and called the guest out, my food was returned(thankfully unopened)
