We did not stay as the location is fake. This fraud. Reserved. Confirmed. Paid in full. Show up at check in. No one there. No response place trashed and have tenants in. Nightmare Carlos thanks for trying to find bed for us. Still waiting for my refund.

I already made a complaint because the owner never showed up or answered my messages, I wasn't staying for a second. For this reason I want a full refund.

Please give her full refund, she is at no fault. I feel bad for her. I was not actively doing any hosting business from last one year. I don’t understand how she was booked without any confirmation. I tried login into account to understand what happened but unfortunately I was not not able to login as I don’t use the same phone number. I tried connecting with vrbo call Center but they said they can’t help because they can’t do authentication verification without phone number. Please ghost my account or suspend until I am back in country. I don’t want any guest to go through this process. I Apologize her for the inconvenience
