As advertised - clean and spacious. Loved the downtown location. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a skylight that made bathing very enjoyable.

The property was great and located well for what we wanted to to and the Simply Comfort Team very helpful. I'd point out that the photo's are generic and of the larger apartment, the one bed is much smaller.

Horrible communication
Publié le 21 juin 2022 sur HotelsThey asked for a lot of personal information (Driver's license, photo...) before the arrival by email and the information, security seems not so good. The information to access the room was sent really late, making it seems like a scam...Was definitely not the best experience.

Never got to stay at the property i was actually really pissed that my money was taken by expedia and that i wasn't able to get a refund... so im not at all impressed with the overall situation

Hello Jonathan, you booked an apartment on May 19th, we made multiples attempts to contact you but never received a responce. You also didn`t contacted us. I was not able to contact them at all and was not able to access the property. I had an issue with transmitting my photo ID and couldn't reach a person. The messaging bot was not helpful. The phone number they provided to call incase of problems was not valid.
