El proceso de después de hacer el pago, via correo elctrónico podría mejorar y ser más ágil. el horario de entrada y de salida asi como las preguntas del cuestionario del check in no estan actualizados en expedia. Se debería aclarar que el monto por depósito son 500 CAD. El lugar, excelente, cómodo y útil para descansar

The condo was nice, looked exactly like the pics depicted. It mostly had everything we needed except any kind of food wrap as we had brought some of our own food to make while we were there, but it would have bern handy to have zip locks or tin foil to wrap things in when we needed to. Also the check out was horrible. I was told on the phone that we could check out at 12pm, but the cleaning lady was there at 11, and tried multiple times to come into the condo while we were still in there getting ready. And while i was using the washroom, she opened the door and walked in on me. It was very frustrating. It just left a very sour note on what had been a nice weekend.

Dear Miriam, We do not have foil and food wrap in our apartments. Guests should buy it themselves. Also, the later check-out time wasn't requested in advance so why our cleaning staff came at 11 AM.

The apartment was very clean and the view was beautiful. Parking was in an underground lot and seemed quite secure and safe. There were plenty of extra towels and bedding and it did have a washer and dryer; which is a big plus if you are staying for a length of time. The check in was a bit confusing as the code didn't work and we had to ask a tenant to open the door to get inside the lobby. Otherwise the keys were in the apartment as they said they would be. The locking system was a bit strange; as you had to actually lock the door when you left. You might assume it would lock on its own; a reminder sign would be good. Also I was a bit uncomfortable leaving it unlocked when we checked out but that was what you are supposed to do. We did have a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night one night; but, that is no fault of Simply Comfort and it was handled expediently. Beds could definitely be more comfortable but sheets were soft and clean! Wanted to warm up some leftover pizza and they had no pans or cookie sheets. They did have silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and pots. Overall it was fairly well equipped and the communication was really good. It was a bit pricey for what you got, but I loved the view!

Great experience

The actual stay was beyond amazing! The room was everything we wanted and more. On top of being extraordinary clean there were actual apartment necessities such as cleaning products both in kitchen and bathroom and utilities such as a washing machine in the room! The suite we were given looked out on Lake Ontario and the view was extraordinary! The only hiccup with our stay were the confusion of the check in lockbox. Instead of one, there must have been 20 lock boxes making guessing which one was ours a little difficult. This is after very little check in instructions from the property manager. Other than that it was a great stay! I would book with them again in the future.

Place had no working a/c on a 30 degree weekend. Wasn’t impressed at all.
