A memorable and pleasant stay

A fantastic place in a beautiful location surrounded by farms and orchards. The house was very clean and well equipped. The property management was very responsive and cooperative. We had a little bit of hassle upon checking in to retrieve access code but it was resolved quickly. Initially we were not comfortable about the high security deposit they were asking as it was not a known host or a hotel but we had no issue getting the full deposit back (we followed the instructions and also took a good care of the place). Outside pool was really great and clean, since it was outside leaves and bugs were falling in (normal thing) but with the provided net we could do a quick clean up before going in. The nice and tuned piano also was a big bonus!

GlobayStay, more like StayAway

Renters beware, photos are deceiving. Primary reason for our rental was the pool and hot tub which were absolutely filthy with bacteria growth, stains and frogs. Despite being assured the pool and hot tub would be cleaned and operational for our stay after reading some other reviews, they were absolutely disgusting upon our arrival. Grounds were also not safe with open trenches and despite numerous requests to the property manager during our stay, they couldn't even manage to get the hot tub operational for our stay. Be warned, better more reliable options are available without the headaches and disappointment.

During of such cases we are able to compensate our guests in case if such matter was not resolved and properly submitted. Note that unfortunately, due to of the time the issue was submitted, we were unable to receive outer cleaning services as their schedule did not go on weekends.We bring our sincere apology for such inconveniences you've faced.

I like the two day i spend in this house. it's a perfect place to relax and visit (nigara, toronto ....)

Property was gorgeous and the host made sure we got there safe and sound! The hot tub wasn’t great though and had some trouble heating up/staying hot which wasn’t ideal as the hot tub was one of the main reasons we chose to book this place. Everything else was good though and the place was large, beautiful and clean!

The house itself was ok. My family enjoyed the inside, with a minor inconvenience with one of the bathrooms. It kept shooting hot water and it became a problem when having to share bathrooms amongst 13 people. However, the most disappointing part would have to be the backyard. It was dirty, the grill had spider webs and mold, and the pool was dirty and had green mildew. The pool vacuum was not working properly (we have pictures and videos as proof). When we brought up these issues there was a delayed on their response, management never addressed the issues and instead stated that because we stayed (everything was paid upfront, we had no choice) they couldnt do anything about it. That was very disappointing. If we would've known it would be like this we would have stayed at a hotel.

We do cleanings after each guests' check out and since it's autumn leaves fall frequently, sometimes getting in the pool. The cleaning vacuum is used for such services and it was utilized. The backyard stands in a good condition since it was prepared by the cleaning team.Thank you

Great location and close to all attractions in the area. The cleanliness in the house is the main issue. There were cockroaches all over the main level and I have number of pictures showing them around the kictchen. The maintenance of the pool is terrible and we had to clean it for our use. There were a panic alarm in the second night of our stay and the alarm sounded whole night without someone attending it. We had litterally a sleepless night.

Hello Chandana! There are no cockroaches in the house. Previous guests lived there for a very long time and we never received complaints about cockroaches from them. If you actually found cockroaches in the house and even took photos, then why didn't you tell us about it? Regarding the pool, it is a pool with sea water and it is regularly cleaned. We have also never received any complaints from you about the pool during your stay. The alarm can be disabled with a code. This code was provided to you along with the check-in instruction. Again, you did not ask us for help on how to disable the alarm system. We appreciate and respect our guests and are ready to help 24/7. It is a pity to see such a review which is even baseless.

Great property

Very secluded house located in a Vineyard. Very close to QEW highway. Beautiful view out of all the windows. Very close to Niagra Falls & Hamilton & Niagra on the lake. All within 30 mins drive. Nearby grocery , winery and restaurants. Perfect for couple of families on a trip. 5 bedrooms can easily accommodate 10 people comfortably. Nice/ practical full kitchen and appliances are fully functional. Very quite neighborhood. The host is super responsive & extended me early check in and an hour late checkout. My wife wants me to add that the basic necessities were stocked in the kitchen such as salt & pepper and cleaning materials. Enough glasses and plates are stocked. Overall very good experience and will come back.

The location of the apartment, with private parking is absolutely fabulous. There are amazing views from the balcony. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building which has wonderful food and they also accept take out orders. The apartment itself is 100% as advertised and the owner/manager is very attentive, he responded immediate to my questions. My only sadness was could only stay one night, but we will definitely be back!
