Pure Magic...

Completely private acerage, a beautiful pickleball court overlooking the mountains, a private beach on a pristine flowing river that is great for fishing, a large kitchen and living area that overlooks the river. It's just a special property. We will be back. Sean, thank you for answering all our questions and being an awesome and welcoming host. We had a blast there!

Better than advertised

Great vacation getaway with the family.
Posted Jul. 19, 2024 on HomeAwayBeautiful extremely large house fit 10 of us perfectly with the most beautiful views. If you have small children, make sure to always be with them, as it’s on the river and there’s a decent current. Also, be sure to be with small children while out on the deck, as it’s a high drop from the top. Gorgeous morning and evening views from the porch & the indoor living room! Make sure to bring life jackets for the kiddos or yourself, if you’re not a strong swimmer. Us adults (after fishing hours) bought goggles and went up stream a little and floated down, man such a beautiful view of the fish below (don’t recommend if you’re not a strong swimmer). The walkable fishing/swimming hole had a perfect little walk in spot for all of us to swim. If you love to fish this is a great place to stay. Pickle-ball court was up the hill and also fun! Not too far from Lake Como, Darby & Hamilton. Owner was extremely nice & easy to contact. It was such a great and fun stay! Highly.. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Great house on Bitterroot river
Posted Aug. 14, 2023 on HomeAwayThis house with its views of the river and easy access to the river bank for fishing and new pickle ball court has everything you need. We had guests that enjoyed the cool quiet environment of the downstairs bed room. Great home

Great spot on the river

Amazing location and views
Posted Jul. 7, 2023 on HomeAwayAn amazing location, right on the Bitterroot. Watch the sun rise onto the mountains and fly fishing boats float down the river. Quite private, yet not too far into town for supplies. Great location for family fun.
