The house over all was ok. Here’s is a couple of things that need to be improved Not clean enough, carpets nasty. Bathroom up stairs the base boards being white not cleaned. Bath tub nasty not cleaned. To get the tub clean lowes have a tub kit to bring it back white. Needs more light in the dinning room and kitchen. Need to replaced some blinds and you need more pots and pans. The front and back yard looked bad. The grass needed to be cut. Someone left the broom on the porch with trash in the corner of the porch. For what we paid it should have been in better condition.

Stayed here as we moved my freshman into Miami U. Felt safe leaving our cars loaded and parked in the spots. Less than 20 minute drive to campus and great area for food. Will definitely look to return!

It accommodated our group of 4 very well with 2 bathrooms. It was nice not having to bring our own coffee supplies. We used the wine cart supplies for sure! The house notebook had useful info. It was 30 min drive to Mason as we attended Cincinnati Open which was convenient. We had problems getting in late at night when we accidentally locked the door from the inside. We had no phone number to call, only email. That may be something you might want to improve upon. Luckily for us we found the extra keys and we're able to get in. The location of this property was excellent in regards to attending the Cincinnati Open .Downtown area was easily accessible.We ate at Billy Yanks which was very good.There were a lot of sirens and traffic noise, but it was ok. The only recommendation I would give is better lighting in the kitchen and dining areas. This was an older home but it was well equipped! Thanks for a great time!

Great stay

Not much for hotels nearby so we jumped in with a few other families and were not disappointed! Very clean and lots of newer upgrades. Exactly what we needed was there. Host was extremely responsive! Only minor note is one of the rooms shows two twins but it’s a twin with a trundle bed under the other twin. We ended up not needing it but just something to be aware of with larger parties. Beds were comfy. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Spooky Nook tournament 1 night stay

Owner has everything set up very nice! The ONLY suggestion I'd have is black out curtains. We aren't city people so the bedroom seemed very light for us.

Beautiful house, perfect location!

We stayed over Christmas week and thoroughly enjoyed the place. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family while in from out of town. 100x better than any hotel would have been during this time. So much natural light in the house! House was clean and warm, hosts were very inviting. Location could not have been better for our purpose. Overall the stay and the home were wonderful!

Graduation trip

This cute house is in a great spot. I was wishing it was summer so that we could enjoy the front porch area. The house was clean and comfortable. We had a great time celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Miami.
