Publié le 15 août 2023 sur HotelsNotre séjour était merveilleux & le déjeuner était plus que satisfaisant! Les points négatifs : 1. L'hôtel est très loin de Toronto et Niagara Falls. 2. La propreté de la piscine laissait à désirer. 3. Notre télévision ouvrait 1 fois sur 3, il fallait qu'on ferme et réouvre l'interrupteur pour qu'elle s'ouvre.

Perfect suite. The only things were tv image quality is not hd and the room’s A/C needs repair(noisy)

Publié le 7 août 2021 sur HotelsThey charged $30 a night for the dog (times two for two rooms), but they do not clean the rooms everyday so we find this abusive. Also, we pay a price that includes breakfast but there’s no breakfast. Simply a bag with a yogourt and eggs. Very disappointing. We tried to talk to the Manager on Friday morning but she was stubborn and even stopped listening to my wife at one point. Never going back there

Due to covid-19 we have minimize the housekeeping services to ensure everyone's safety, however housekeeping is available upon request and we hope that pet policy and fee was communicated with you prior to arrival.
