Room was clean and mostly comfortable. Old light fixtures show wear and some brokenness. Rust and mildew in bathroom. Paint on drapery and a table.

Great staff with wonderful attitudes!

Very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it was quiet except for one train that passed in the middle of the night. However, the best part of the stay was that every single employee was cheerful, friendly and helpful!!

We were driving to Texas from Alabama and decided to stop and rest. This was not our first choice as it was more expensive. However, we felt as though we would get better quality if we paid more. And even though there were other hotels down the street that were less expensive a nice with good ratings we decided in IHG. The room was ok. As well as the hotel in general. I wouldn’t say it is the best. But the part that was very off putting was when my husband went to the breakfast area to get some hazelnut creamer. The staff person said that he could not get creamer because he did not pay for the breakfast there. Honestly, for the price we paid, a little bit of creamer was absolutely not a loss to the hotel chain. The staff person was very rude about it as well. We will not stay at this hotel ever again, as we travel from Alabama to Texas quite often. We usually stay at IGH properties when we travel. What’s disappointment. You should be ashamed of this, it wasn’t like we were asking for a meal for free, just two tablespoons of creamer for coffee. Ridiculous.
