No refrigerator or microwave. Outside was dirty looking but room was clean

For the price it’s ok. Very uncomfortable bed with only 2 pillows. No hair dryer, shampoo etc just a bar of soap. Very little furniture other than the bed in the room. Decently clean.

Never Again!!!
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI reserved online...a room with a refrigerator and microwave and a king bed, got a two bed room with no refrigerator or microwave. I walked in and noticed a sign that said Veterans get a discount, I mentioned it to the counter person...she said"its too late for that" I stood 4 days, the cleaning people never once came to my room...I had to find them and get my own supplies several times. I did contact the front desk several times to change rooms and get my room cleaned to no avail...NEVER AGAIN!!!

It was an inexpensive hotel for a trip to chicago. Wasnt overly good or bad. Clean and safe place to sleep.
