Front desk was helpful and friendly. needed to send off the guest with a thank you for picking our property and hope to see you again when you visit Illinois. Property in the midst of re-model. Breakfast area and food was bleak - no one stocking the refrig with milk - OJ was tasty and plentiful -Hotel room was sprayed too heavily with air freshener. Bed was ok - pillows weren't the best. - well-lighted parking lot and clean lot

The bathroom is dirty with very bad smells. The door lock is broken.

The room was pretty clean. The tissue holder attached to sink in our room was broken and the mini fridge froze our drinks solid. It looks like there may be construction going on so it was a little messy in certain areas and a sign hanging on the doors to stairs asking us to use elevator instead of stairs do to construction. There wasnt much of anything for continental breakfast but they did have the waffle maker.

Upon arrival it we noticed our door would not lock and could be opened without the key. We informed the front desk, but had to leave right away. We were assured the door would be fixed (instead of moving us to another room). We left the hotel around 3pm and returned around 1:30am and the door was still unsecured. We were never made aware they were unable to fix. In addition, you could not deadbolt from the inside as when you turned the handle from the outside the deadbolt would just open with it. The rooms were not very clean as well.

Very run down and it appears it has started to upgrade the rooms which is needed badly. The room smelled, the shower was disgusting, dirty, and the tub was stained and chipping apart.

Property was quiet and convenient for a place to stay for one night.

In 2 day stay, second day breakfast was dismayal and few things from day 1 weren't available.
