Great time at the Beach House
Emer and Oscar's house was wonderful. Very comfortable, fabulous pool and backyard area, and a 5-minute drive to the ocean beach. The house was well-equipped with everything you needed. Emer was always helpful when I texted with some questions.

Wonderful stay
This was a great house. It was beautifully decorated, well-stocked (bring your beach chairs but you’re covered otherwise with towels, sheets, all kitchen gadgets you’d need, etc), and nicely laid out. The beds were all comfy, the pool is great, and the whole backyard space was perfect. Emer was helpful when I texted with questions. The house is 4 minutes from the beach. We had a fun trip and would return. Our only comment that wasn’t wildly positive was that on Fridays and Saturdays you can hear the DJ at the bar across the street, who played very late into the night. We managed around it since it was only 2 nights, but important to know if you have very light sleepers in your group.

Another great week in Hamptons. Dinners at Edgewater and Cowfish, Lunches at Rumbas. Fresh fish at Lighthouse Fish Market formerly Cor Js. Beach was wonderful. Most afternoons we hung out at the large pool with my grandaughters

Very nice getaway from NYC
Very nice property that would be terrific in the summer months. We went in the middle of winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful deck or very large pool. That said, the fireplace was nice to have on those cold, windy nights, and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice rental, enjoyed the house, pool and closeness to beach. Suggest more garbage storage, need more for large groups, indoor seating could be larger and more comfortable. Suggest Keurig coffee maker be available.

Trynz Beach House - Amazing!
We had an amazing stay at the Trynz Beach House. One really never needs to leave the property in order to feel relaxed and at ease as the house and amenities create the ideal vacation experience. We were pleasantly surprised at the accuracy of the listing. Our family of 10 had enough space to find moments of quietude and escape from each other when necessary, and come together as a family for meals and fun. Even on the one rainy day we had an amazing walk to the bay and bike ride to the beach. We loved our stay and hated to leave. The only negative is that we only stayed a week. The hosts were responsive, caring and kind. We look forward to our time there next summer! Overall...perfection.

Fourth of July Week
Can't say too much about what a wonderful time my family had at the Hampton Bay house. The house itself was perfect for my family as my son and his wife took the downstairs and my wife, my daughter and son in law and the 2 granddaughters stayed in the 3 upstair bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed the huge pool. The house is close to town and numerous restaurants. The beach is exactly one mile over the bridge. There is a fish market right on the bay that has huge assortments of fish and sheellfish.. we can't wait to come back next year. you can also walk out the front door make a right and walk to the bay beach about 300 yards away

We really enjoyed our stay. The house looked just like the pictures. There were no surprises, we even brought the family dog along. The kitchen had all the necessities to cook and the house was very clean. The cherry on top was Netflix, Prime and Fire-stick access!!! I have a son who was just in love, of course he brought his PS4 but was happy to know he had other options.

Great House and Location!
This house is really great. Even better than the pictures, it is clean and comfortable, lots of amenities. We were so busy when we were there that we didn't get to enjoy all it had to offer, but we plan to go back. Great location, close to the beaches. The house has lots of room for a big family or group of friends to have private space as well as enjoy the large living/dining/kitchen area and deck. The yard and pool area are really nice as well. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Any question that we had was quickly answered. Great hosts and great property. You can tell that lots of fun, laughter and love has been shared in this house. Thank you to the owners!

Great house!
The house was perfect and we enjoyed our stay there very much. The beds were cozy and everyone complimented how much they loved the house. It was also great to have the main town strip less than 5 minutes away to get all the food and supplies we needed for the weekend. Be aware the stores in this town/county charge you something like 25 cents per bag if you don't have your own while checking out shopping so make sure to bring your own!

Overall we had a good vacation, but there were issues that we should not have dealt with. 1) The cleaniness of the property upon arrival was not not acceptable. The shower drain was full of hair,the A/C filter was clogged and desperately needed to be changed. I spent over an hour cleaning the barbeque because it was digustingly dirty. 2) Landscaping. There were areas of the property that needed to be weeded (it was done the day before we left). There were weeds growing through the paved areas by the pool. There were a number of broken,sinking and raised paveing blocks around the pool. My grandchild stubbed her toe on one of them 3)While barbecuing, the propane tank ran out of gas, at 7PM. I drove around for a hour looking for to replace the tank, but the stores were either closed or had none. I had $50-$60 worth of meat on the barbeque that was uncooked and had to discard.Why not have a second full tank on premise? I could have changed the tanks and made sure I filled the empty one before I left. 4) The stove oven element boke 7/21 and although there were attemps to repair it,the part had to be ordered.I left on 7/28 and it was still not repaired. So 7-8 days without use of the oven. 5) There was no pool skimmer and we were unable to skim the pool of daily debris. The one on site was broken by the previous renter and never replaced. 6) There is a bar directly across from the property and the music on weekends was loud and distracting. On one occasion , we were woken up at 2 AM to find someone passed out on the lawn. We notified the police. 7) We were unable to open windows at night due to ripped screens on windows. Whenever we rent a home, there should be certain expectations on that property. We paid a substantial amount for the 2 weeks, over $12,000, and the property did not meet those expectations. Why isn't the property inspected after each visit? We pay over $200 for cleaning, why wasnt it done properly? We rented the premise for 2 weeks no second refrigerator? No ice maker on exisitng one? I had 10 family members staying with us and it was diffult to store food with only 1 refrigrator.The premise definitely needs to be upgraded. I therefore have disputed the final payment with my credit card company, and would expcet a partial refund for all the inconveiances and disruptions while on vacation.

Perfect house for a low-key Hamptons getaway!
I stayed in this home with 10 friends the week of July 4th, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Though the house looks pretty in the photos, it is absolutely gorgeous in person. It is open, bright, full of cool decor and really interesting and awesome light fixtures. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and modern and the house was spotless upon arrival. The pool is HUGE (we fit 7 large floats in it comfortably) and the backyard is perfect for a day relaxing in the sun, playing cards and having cocktails under the big umbrella to cool off, and ending the night with a bonfire. The house is directly across the street from a fun, young bar (though the noise is not heard from inside the house) and just a few minutes walk from an adorable breakfast place and another dive bar. Quick drive to grocery stores and other restaurants as well! We enjoyed Hampton Bays because it is a much more low key town than many other towns in the Hamptons (which are only a short drive away). The people were nice, the bars were on the divey-side and the restaurants were not astronomically priced. Cannot stress enough how great this house was for a group of young professionals who wanted to get out of NYC and soak up the sun for a full week. The house is private, serene, and simply the perfect spot to escape with friends or family. We have already looked into coming back later this summer, if not next!

Had the BEST vacation with family - the pictures don't do the property justice - so homely and the garden and pool were fabulous!!! Will definitely be back ..can't wait to stay again and Emer is such a friendly host !!
