BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED home with all the essentials, private back yard and a full sized kitchen to enjoy. Parking for two-3 cars on the driveway. Minutes to the beach!! Close to Southampton, wineries and etc.
The train is 1 me away and Ponquogue Beach is less than 2 miles away.

Top Notch Rental
My family had a wonderful weeklong stay. Jeannie was super accommodating and thoughtful. Her home is spotless and there are sweet and peaceful decor elements throughout the house. The location is also well situated in Hampton Bays. Close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful getaway!
Jeannie’s spot was beautiful and super cozy for a friends and family beach getaway. The house was clean and relaxing. Jeannie responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. The neighborhood is great for families as well as city folk just wanting some peace and quiet. Close to several beautiful and clean beaches, restaurants, and shops. Recommend this lovely home to all and hope to return in the future.

Excellent long weekend stay!
We had a great time staying here. The check in process, communication, location, and space were all excellent. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to make a few meals at home and we enjoyed eating outside in the nice, private backyard. All the beds were comfortable and it was great that beach towels were provided. Would 100% stay here again and hope we have the opportunity to soon!

We can’t say enough how really nice and clean this property is. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Check in and out was effortless. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and gave us lots of suggestions on restaurants and things to to do in Hampton Bays and surrounding towns. Restaurants and grocery stores are all within a 5 minute drive. We really felt at home here and would highly recommended staying here for anyone visiting Hampton Bays and adjacent towns.

Relaxing and peaceful get-away
Communication with Jeannie was wonderful from the evening we booked until we departed. The property was in a nice location for a peaceful environment and was around 2 miles from the closest beach - a quiet residential neighborhood. The deck and backyard are comfortable and private. The bed in the master BR had the most comfortable mattress - ever - but I forgot to get the brand name! You’ll enjoy this clean and quiet house for your get-away.

Quiet well equiped cottage
Jeanne's cottage in Hampton Bays' is the perfect getaway. I can't think of one thing she has not thought of. We never came up short of supplies or anything needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the quiet neighborhood was a plus. The backyard is a bonus, with furniture and a good BBQ. It was a great stay.

The house was exactly as described. It was easy to access and very clean! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with food and shopping close by. Parking was very easy! The house had everything we needed! We truly enjoyed our time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I find myself traveling to the Hamptons in the future!

Spectacular!
We have stayed at several homes throughout the years for family vacations and this home was nothing short of spectacular! The location is secluded but well appointed for its proximity to the water, shops, and views. Just the oasis my husband and I were seeking. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. This was the first time we didn’t have to go out and spend money to get things that are usually missing to make a stay functional. She truly thought of everything. The beds were comfortable and the home is well decorated. The pictures don’t do it justice. We have raved about it to all our friends and family and we look forward to returning. The check in and checkout process as seamless as one hopes for when you are seeking to unplug and unwind. Simply the best!

Best Stay Ever!
Jeanine is a wonderful host with an equally as wonderful home. It’s even better than the pictures and close to the beach, town, and so many great spots! This made my friends and my trip. She was so unbelievably kind and helpful and flexible! If we ever go back to the Hamptons I know where I’ll be staying! If you’re thinking about renting this house, DO IT! Stunning Property
Jeannie is an amazing host! She was always available to speak if I had any questions. I truly appreciate her hospitatily, she was very kind. Her home is beautiful! It is gorgeously decorated and spotless. The pictures don't even do justice. It is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. I will defintely book this home in the future, it is truly a gem.
