The property is i need of a lot of upgrade, the door has a gap in the bottom , it is very hard to heat the room, the bathroom has broken towel racks, the shower need a lot of work . The whole room needs a lot of work. I will never go back there ever again. It is also very hard to park a truck or anything else. Sorry to have to tell you all of this but i am a very honest person.

Great to be home
Publié le 3 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayLoved being home after being in N Carolina. Seeing the ocean and walking the wall for breakfast with the kids at KB's Bagels. Our accommodations were casual beach, which I expected, but I was surprised it wasn't cleaner and quieter being on North Beach vs Hampton Beach proper. The gross of earplugs and the owner's note on the night stand said it all and we only stayed one of the two nights booked. We got what we paid for, that beautiful ocean view, a great bagel, the sea air in my lungs and being home.

Hi Cathi! The note says "Thank you so much for staying! The building is old and unfortunately has thin walls. If neighboring guests are loud at night, please use these earplugs for help sleeping." We have quiet hours at 11PM, but we do know that guests are sometimes still loud after those hours - that is why we provide ear plugs if needed. Not sure why the word "gross" was used as they are sealed and new.

Great location!
Publié le 6 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayBest thing about this ocean side studio was the location. Fabulous being on the ocean (in a budget friendly rental) ! It is a small space. We were hoping to cook meals but realized upon check in that the kitchenette wasn’t equipped for that. (Minimal pots/pans, no table to eat at) The bed was really squeaky but still comfortable. Space was clean and that is appreciated.

Publié le 18 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOur stay at the Oceanside Studio was great!! It was clean upon arrival and check in was quick. It was all my partner and I needed to sleep, make breakfast and lunch, and walk to the beach. The ocean is literally right across the street which was so convenient because we didn’t have to pay for parking. The Hampton strip was an 8 minute car ride as well which isn’t bad. Overall great experience and definitely will be coming back! Thank you!

Perfect getaway
Publié le 26 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was my 1st solo trip anywhere, also 1st time to hampton beach. This place is conveniently right across road from beach. The owner tyler was amazing! Checked in daily if anything was needed. I felt very safe there being a single women. I will most definitely be making this place my yearly solo retreat.
