Rooms were very clean. The upgrades in the rooms were very nice. No charge for parking was a good benefit. Check in and check our was pleasant and efficient. Very quiet and I felt safe.

Great experience

Very close to Convention Center. I ran the Crawlin Crab half-marathon, so this location was very convenient. Glad to be able to fix my own food in my room, which was very clean and comfortable.

Every time my family visit VA we stay at The Sonesta. But I notice this is time hooks and towel paper holder falling off the walls. Management should do a sweep of the rooms from time to time.

It was quiet and the staff was nice will book again. Was suprised at the $100 fee that they said would be refunded at the end of our stay, then was told it was old be 7 to 10 business days before it will be taken off my card, they take no cash so had to charge a bottle of water to my card, not used to this
