Posted Aug. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayQuiet but close to beach. Communication somewhat lacking, and linens and forks. When we arrived fewer forks than beds. We bought some at Walmart, 10$? Anyway basic cheap items lacking but quietest and coolest temp place we stayed at in Hampton beach. Would go again.

Posted Jul. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayBedroom #1 had no place to put luggage or clothes, we had 6 people only 4 forks in the drawer. The back patio where the grill and table had weeds at least a foot high covering it making it impossible to use it! Very disappointing 😞

If you’re looking for the perfect cottage for Hampton, keep looking. This ain’t it.
—no WiFi..told 2 days prior to check in. No WiFi plus no cable leads to a very boring experience, when traveling with 3 kids
—says futon—it’s a pull out couch
—says toaster—where? We didn’t see one
—dust pan but no broom?
—electrical problems. Plug in living room makes weird noise when plugging in the power strip
—wobbly light over the kitchen sink, not even attached
—master bedroom fan hits the light fixture, rendering it unusable
—no dishwasher, even though checkout instructions say to run the dishwasher before leaving
—no drain plug for the sink. So not only no dishwasher, no plug for the sink?
—temperature on ac unit randomly turns down to 62 degrees overnight
—heater running in the master bedroom, with seemingly no way to turn it off. Had our 2 year old sleeping in that room and she woke up sweaty every time, despite the ac being on.
This place was a nightmare and we left a day early because of it. No chance we’ll ever come back

Birthday getaway
