Très cher pour le niveau de l’établissement C’est près de la mer, mais le quartier est vieux et la circulation des motos est assourdissante Par contre, on a apprécié la piscine et la terrasse sur le toit

***Very expensive for the level of the establishment It is near the sea, but the neighborhood is old and the traffic of motorcycles is deafening On the other hand, we appreciated the swimming pool and the terrace on the roof***Hi Ghislaine, first of all, as you came through Hotels.com, you paid a bit more than what you would have paid had you come directly through us. Secondly, you came during the peak time and stayed with us for 4 nights so obviously the total cost of the 4 nights would seem like a lot of money but your per night charge of 250 in the peak season including the weekend, wasn't really a lot if you ask us. We assume that you didn't book a motel right next to the strip because either it was way more expensive than us or you were afraid of even more loud noise. We would like all those who are planning to make reservation based on reviews to think twice before booking any hotel in Hampton Beach if they are looking for a quiet vacation. This beach is one of the most crowded beach on NH and very popular among motorcyclists. We are pretty disappointed that even though you enjoyed your time here, you rated us so low because of things not in our control. But we request our future patrons to please read this review carefully and decide if this is a place for them. We work hard to take care of our guests and go above and beyond but if you book a vacation knowing the price and the location, we don't think we deserve to be rated low on those aspects. Once again Ghislaine, please accept our apologies that we could not stand up to your expectations.

Motel bien situé, a quelque minute de marche 5 minutes. Grande chambre, plancher flottant , grand lit confortable. Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable. Le resto pub le Berny’s c’est la place a Hampton. Nourriture tres bonne et excellente ambiance.

Hello Anonymous, thanks for rating us. Your only complaint was that we were too expensive and that’s why you gave us poor rating? As you have hidden your name, we can’t even see what day did you come in. Please note that this is Hampton Beach and peak season so the prices for none of the motels are going be 100. Also, let us ask you this. Did you find out that we are expensive after you checked out? Didn’t you see the price when you were booking? Did we persuade you to book with us or you booked at your own will? How is it fair to rate someone poor based on their price, when you booked it yourself online knowing what the price was? You said that the price is too high for this kind of motel. What kind of motel were you expecting when you booked it? We recommend that when you book your next vacation, please do your research so that you are not disappointed. We assume that you didn’t like ANYTHING at our place. We wouldn’t want you to rate any other motel like this so please (pretty please), spend some time looking around and researching the prices for the motels when you book next time. In fact we would suggest that don’t go to a motel but look for some 5 star hotels so you don’t feel bad about spending a lot of money.

L accueil etait A1, le service à la clientèle super aussi, petit bemol au prix payé les chambres devraient etre faites a tous les jours. Nous y retournerons quand même, car nous avons apprécié le tout. La famille L'Heureux

The welcome was A1, the customer service was also great, a small downside to the price paid, the rooms should be cleaned every day. We will go back anyway, because we enjoyed it all. The L'Heureux family Thanks a lot Janis for such kind words. We are hesitant going in the room when the guests are not around and that's why we let the guests staying more than a day know to let us know if they need room clean up. Most of the guests ask for additional towels, coffee etc for the next day which we gladly bring. We will however make some improvements here. To tell you truth, we do have 2 night minimum during weekend so that our staffs don't have to clean every single room every single day but we do understand it from guests point of view. Thanks again for this feedback. We will be checking with guests and clarifying this during check-in.
