No tissue paper in the room. We got bited by many mosquitoes.

Dear guests, thank you for your comments. We are so sorry for your unpleasant stay experience in hotel. Every room in the hotel is equipped with tissue papers, which may be our colleague's negligence. It is really a wrong mistake shouldn’t be happened. Please understand that your stay is in the beginning of summer, and the weather is a bit hot. Some mosquitoes may have accidentally flown into your room. We will strengthen the disinfection and sterilization of pests in the future. Sorry again, and wish you a happy life!

I stayed in a shared room with 4 beds. The locker is modern using card. The room is nice and clean. The bed is big although it is for one person :)

The hotel is located in the busy area of West Lake, adjacent to Hefang Street of Yujie Street in Southern Song Dynasty, close to Dingan Road Station of Metro, walking only 100 meters on the West Lake. The transportation is convenient. The hotel also provides Hangzhou tourist map and all kinds of tourist information for the hotel guests free of charge. The guests are equipped with disposable paper cups and slippers, which are clean. Hygiene, avoid cross-use, is the best accommodation for tourism and sightseeing in Hangzhou. Good location and a nice place.
