Séjour confortable ,un seul bémol la chambre n’a pas été faite durant le breackfast ils sont venus à l’heure de la sieste hors nous avions un bébé donc la chambre n a pas été faite durant notre séjour .le plateau du room service est resté devant la porte jusqu’à notre départ….

Hello Christiane, Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We are pleased to read that you had a good stay. However, we apologize for your room not being serviced during breakfast. As per the pre-arrival message we send out 3 days prior to arrival, we aim to inform our guests that rooms will be serviced only after arrival rooms are ready but if a guest informs us about their preference, we always service the room at a time requested by the guest. Regarding the room service tray- we will try and be more proactive. Kind Regards,

Emplacement superbe mais loin de tout.

Personnel à la réception accueillant, staff pour le ménage aussi. Suite très spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée et la montagne en face (suite 17). Belle cheminée au gaz et canapé confortable. Lit immense et confortable, depuis lequel on profite de la vue. Il y a une grande terrasse devant la chambre pour profiter de la vue quand il fait beau. Par contre à cause du type d'eau il y avait des résidus dans les tuyauteries du bain à remous et on a eu la chance de trouver quelqu'un le soir pour qu'on vienne nous le nettoyer. C'aurait été vraiment dommage de ne pas pouvoir s' en servir car il était vraiment bien! Cependant pour ce type d'hotel, on s'attendrait à ce que tout soit en état de marche, ce qui n'était pas le cas (ampoule de lampadaire défectueuse, couvercle de la bouilloire qui ne s'ouvrait pas, douche à jets qui innondait partout, etc).

Au calme pour un séjour en amoureux

Accueil agréable. Nous avions une suite de 60 m2 et terrasse. Grande salle de bains avec spa et double douche. Literie très confortable. Très calme et belle vue. A 6 km de Hanmer Springs. Petit déjeuner assez moyen. Nous n'avons pas diné sur place mais au restaurant MK en ville qui était excellent.

Peaceful retreat

Braemar Lodge is set on the foothills of Hanmer Springs. It is a luxury Lodge. The meticulously clean and well appointed rooms look out at uninterrupted beautiful scenery. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is our second visit and we look forward to coming back again.

The spa room is good but a little dated since I went last and the level of food is really bad compared to my precovid stay. Don’t get the steak. The breakfast is simple wish the quality was better. For the price you pay there should be good food options onsite. Stayed during a public holiday and there was no offer for food during the day sadly so had to venture into town which has good food. Will stay again for the spa room only very disappointed by the food which they ended up taking off our bill as we were dissatisfied which was a good thing. The staff are very nice and accommodating.
