Really needs updating in every way. Old school decor, linen etc. Car parking under a carport away from room was also annoying. Only thing this place has is location but Hanmer has plenty of other options also closeby.

I am sorry that you did not find the motel to your liking Rodney but, as advertised, it is an older type of motel, which is reflected in the rates we charge. However, I would like to point out that the bedcovers have been replaced 18 months ago, the furniture was replaced with brand new sofas and armchairs in March last year, so is just over one year old and as for the linen that you call old, needless to say it is replaced every time the room has been used, so nothing old in that. Oh, and we have also bought new pillows for every unit last year, not to mention new towels, new fridges and lots of other small things to bring the property up to a better standard, so I believe you might have exaggerated a bit in your review. Very tired property in need of a refresh

Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HotelsRoom 208. Fantastic host. Get fee towels and bag for hot pools. Place is certainly dated. But was very clean and good undercover parking. Room with kitchen was excellent. Heating was ok in room but bathroom freezing. Electric blankets a bonus. Tv good channels. Felt safe and would definitely stay again.

Hi Sha, Thank you so much for your review. We are happy that you had a comfortable stay. Yes, the bathroom in the studio unit gets quite cold, but the ceiling light is a heat lamp and there is also a fan heater installed on the wall, so the bathroom is 'heatable'.
