Great hotel and value for money.
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was easy and fast. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. It was a real breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, several kinds of toast, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Very well done.
The only real negative was the TV and the WIFI. The TV only had local cable and a bad grainy picture and you couldn’t get the WIFI signal at all. Does not really impact your stay unless you’re trying to work.
We will definitely stay again.

Easy to locate ; friendly staff, room was clean.
Breakfast excellent with numerous choices and great staff.
Lots of mud in entranceway ( from afternoon rain) ,which you had to walk through to get to the hot tub area.
Bathroom door awkwardly located extremely close to toilet . Had to stand on other side of tub to close/ open the door as no room by toilet . Second floor rooms but no elevator.
Great stay … great place though overall.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasted amazing for a small hotel. Highly recommended

My first day the WiFi wasn't working and no hot water.
The second day weak WiFi and still no hot water.

Was a nigjtmare at checkin at 10.30pm. We had prepaid and booked 2 rooms and received 2 confirmation numbers through expedia's same iterenary #. When we reached for checkin in we were told that theere were no rooms booked in our names. The staff at reception would not even want to check with the hotel's confirmation Cxxxxxx numbers and said that expedia over books many times and theeir hoel was fully booked over 43 weeks ago. And we should be looking at vacancy in other hotel. After insisting the staff to check the hotel's confirmation numbers we were told there was no such Confirmation numbers in their system. Requesting to check again by names on the 2 rooms books, one room was found in one of the two confirmations expedia provided. But 2nd room in other name was not there. Finally after 30 minutes struggle were were told there was one more room available but we had to pay for that room under new. confirmation number. Next day morning we were charged three times on the credit card. At checkout we had to spend an hour to clear and rsolve refund for one rooms. the issue and they found out the issue was one of original expedia confirmation was given out somone else!. Crazy!.

Disappointingly dirty, we went an hour out of the way on our trip because it looked so much nicer than other places, we could omly use 2 out of 5 pillows because of stains, stains on blankets and what looked to be throw up on the couch and mold in the shower. Only saving grace was awesome breakfast and staff

This was an amazing gem of a hotel. Close enough to drumheller without the expense. I would stay there again. No pool but a large hot tub
