Chlorine smell for the pool was overwhelming, everything else was as expected. Good job.

Great Location, decent breakfast, the rest so-so.

This hotel really offers two things, a bed and a location. The room was non-descript, and the only window was to the atrium which was never bright, and did not feature an atrium. I found the bed to be damp because of the lobby pool. I hate sleeping in a damp bed. The service was adequate, but not friendly in any way. As a matter of fact I thought the service borderlined on rude with the exception of the gentleman running the breakfast bar. The breakfast was good and featured plenty of hot food, but mostly the standard fare. The location on the other hand was PERFECT. Literally a half block for Mark Twain's home and all the tourist attractions.

Thank you for your review. Your room did not have a view of the river, we can not promise that to any one. Not all of our rooms view the atrium, and not all view the river. The atrium lights are turned down at 930-10pm, and back on at 4 am. I really don't know what you expect from the staff, when we have 85 rooms checking in, sometimes it does get a bit routine, and the same words, but never rude or uncaring. If you had other interactions with the staff, I guarantee you that they were pleased to help you. We hope you enjoy the rest of the summer.
