出張で利用しました。今回は3週間の滞在です。
何回も利用してますが、改めて評価を書きます。
日本人の感想です。
・広くて清潔。デラックスルームがお勧め
・スタッフのコミュニケーションが良い
・シャワーヘッドが動かせる。私は好きではないのですが、たまに壁に固定のシャワーヘッドのホテルありますよね。Fraser residence Hanoiは動かせるので良いです。
・ジムもトレーニングマシーンに不満なし。たまに部屋が暑い時がありますね
・部屋に洗濯乾燥機とキッチン、大きい冷蔵庫があるのが良いです。
・朝ごはんのメニューは毎日変化します。長い期間滞在すると少し飽きますが、仕方ないかな。
・セキュリティもしっかりしてます

It was a very good hotel. All the staff were kind and provided the best service. The automatic lock on the room was a little difficult to get through at times, but it was not an issue. It would be great if there was a supermarket within walking distance.
