L'accueil chaleureux, l'emplacement idéal au cœur de Hanoï, la chambre spacieuse et confortable, le petit déjeuner et le soin relaxant au spa étaient parfait. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour agréable à Hanoï. Un grand merci à Andrew et toute l'équipe !

ホテルの前の道は狭くて交通量も多く歩くのが少し大変でしたが、ホテルは施設の古さはあるものの、掃除も行き届いていて、スタッフは皆親切で、部屋も広く快適でした。

Although the facilities were minimal, it was clean and we were able to stay comfortably. I am very grateful to Brian for his kindness, even though it was late at night. He was very polite to us, even though we don't speak English well. Thank you so much.

Lovely hotel in a quiet street but a close walk to everything. Staff here couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! The Manager was very professional and attentive. The room was spacoous and very clean. Breakfast was also included which was very good!!! They also had great Spa in house. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all a special mention to Tommy who contacted me direct via Whatsapp months previously when I first booked the hotel. He was more than helpful and very informative. As were all the hotel staff. The room was fine and the breakfast very good. Although not easy to find on foot they gave you a street map which helped a lot to get your bearings in the old quarter of Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very close to the night market and Kiem Lake and it was great to walk round the bustling streets. Elsa at reception organised a private 4 hour jeep tour around the good and bad areas of Hanoi which was amazing, and they also gave us a discount.

We stayed here for several nights both at the beginning and end of our holiday in North Vietnam and in the middle they happily looked after our luggage during the day when we transferred from Sapa to the airport to fly to Hoi An. On all occasions we were given such a warm welcome and by the end greeted as long lost friends. Pickups and drop offs to airports/ train stations etc were efficient and always on time. Staff are only too happy to help with advice on where to go or help to book anything. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location close to the night market and Old Quarter with a huge choice of restaurants close by. Some rooms are better appointed than others but all are very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were good and gave a wide choice of both European and Vietnamese food and my husband would definitely recommend the pancakes! This was a great hotel and we would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay while in Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff. Elsa makes you feel really welcome and cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and fun. You can book some great tours here too (stand out for me was the trip to Ninh Binh). I felt so very well looked after and that everything had been taken care of before I arrived. The en-suite room was spacious, clean and had excellent wi-fi connectivity. Breakfast is fantastic and laundry service very good value. 10 out of 10!
