Comfortable stay in old town

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, providing an authentic experience of the city's vibrant atmosphere. It’s perfect for leisurely walks to the serene Hoan Kiem Lake and exploring the bustling streets filled with shops and street vendors. There are numerous local and international restaurants within walking distance. The staff is exceptionally motivated and friendly, reflecting the warm hospitality Hanoi is known for. The hotel restaurant specializes in delicious Vietnamese cuisine, capturing the unique flavors of the region. However, the quality of the Western dishes, particularly the pastas, could use some improvement.

Nothing special. Mediocre breakfast buffet. Uncomfortable bed. Lobby staff not very helpful
