Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HotelsSéjour fantastique ! l’hôtel est très bien situé à deux pas du lac. La chambre est grande : nous étions 3 adultes et nous avions suffisamment de place. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec le lit supplémentaire mais il a été résolu en moins de 5 minutes. Sinon, l’accueil est extraordinaire : le personnel est accueillant, prévenant et chaleureux. Ils sont très à l’écoute et savent vous donner les bonnes informations. Merci pour votre réactivité et votre professionnalisme.

Les chambres sont un peu petites mais vu qu’on passe la majeure partie du temps à l’extérieur, c’est pas vraiment un critère négatif que je retiendrais, mais peut être utile pour ceux qui ont beaucoup de valises. Idéalement situé, pas loin du lac et d’autres attractions de Hanoï. Le personnel est très accueillant, très à l’écoute et ont beaucoup de recommandations concernant le manger, le shopping ou les visites.

Très bien mais bruyant
