Small nice hotel in a quiet area
Publié le 2 août 2019 sur HotelsCharming small hotel located outside the craziness of the old quarter hence offering a quieter environment. Very warm and welcoming staff as well as helpful with logistics. Good breakfast. Only regret is the small size of pool and gym.

Good value for your money at La Casa Hanoi!

Mais les chambres sont vieillottes et très mal insonorisées, le staff parle peu anglais et la piscine est très moyenne.

Honnête, sans plus
Publié le 2 nov. 2016 sur HotelsHôtel assez excentré, nous avons dû sans cesse prendre des taxis dès que nous voulions aller au centre ville. Nous avons eu VRAIMENT du mal à nous faire à la salle de bain (et aux toilettes...) séparée de la chambre que par une vitre. Il y a des moments où un minimum d'intimité est agréable... L'espèce de store qui était censé cacher la douche et les wc depuis le lit placé contre la vitre n'était pas suffisant pour dissimuler quoi que ce soit. Petit-déjeuner très moyen, pas de jus d'orange par exemple 2 des 3 matins où nous étions à l'hôtel.

Nous avons bénéficié d'une offre promotionnelle qui fait de cet hôtel le meilleur rapport qualité prix de tout notre séjour à Hanoï. Vue dominante depuis le bar terrasse. Avec une chambre au 10 ème c'était très calme . Très bon petit déjeuner en buffet. Je le recommande vivement

I liked the area.it was very walkable and the pool although it was a little cold to swim.
The lobby is comfortable and has some nice paintings
The rooms could have done with a bit of updating and were quite small and the carpet needs shampooing
The staff are very nice in reception
The breakfast was very average for the type of hotel it was and I thought should have included western as well as Vietnamese coffee also although we went at 8. 30 - 9 .The staff were cleaning up and packing up which makes you feel uncomfortable

Left feeling very disappointed with this hotel. I booked and paid for a double bed, checked in and found i'd been allocated a single bed only. Spoke to reception, they said they gave me a single bed as i was travelling on my own. Explained that i had paid for a double because that was what i wanted. Response was hotel was fully booked for the night. Was only a two night stay so moved on after the second night. I drank a can of orange from the room which at check out they wanted to charge me 100000 vnd, i reminded them that they had made an error with my room, reluctantly i felt the front desk manager gave me that drink complimentary because of the error. Just a point to note, the rooms dont look like what the images show when booking, the word 'catfish' comes to mind.
