Unfortunately check in took an extra hour - we had bags put into a different room whilst we wandered around to wait. I was asked at reception if I had contacted the owner because the apartments are privately owned, we were not aware of this. It worked out ok after a while . Owner of the room spoke no English and we were trying to communicate via giogle translatior. The apartment wasn’t as described- only a washing machine / no dryer and the area with a couple of lines to hang clothes were filled with owners towels and sheets. I removed some of them to make room. Kitchen area had no cutlery except for one knife and a spatula, two small plates for five people, only two cups but enough bowls. There was no twin sofa bed as listed , the owner had to provide a spare mattress for the floor. Some mould in bathroom and kitchen area , cupboards and drawers needed a good clean. After stating housekeeping was only done if requested- owner turned up three times during the stay when were out and washed towels but left no additional dry ones, Apartment is about 45 mins outside of the city , too far if booking tours as meeting spots are in the city ( old quarter) and getting a late taxi on return is tricky if five or more people are in a group. The owner made an effort to tidy the room but it wasn’t roomy enough for five people - two would be ok, there was only enough couch sitting area for three , an office chair was provided for us. Fairly tidy place but we were disappointed.

Really difficult check-in. Don't have rokm key, can't communicate staff.

■ 위치: S1동 ■ 방청소: 매일 ■ 수건: 매일 제공 ■ 어메니티(amenity): 일회용칫솔&치약, 일회용 면도세트. 샴푸랑 바디워시는 이미 쓰던 게 배치되어있으나 깔끔하지 않음. ■ 물: 있음 ■ 커피, 차: G7과 티백 있음 * 빨래 바구니에 빨래를 넣었더니 세탁도 해서 베란다 건조대에 널어주셨어요. 물론 색깔 있는 것과 없는 것을 나누어 세탁해주진 않으셨겠지만 빨래를 해주셔서 편했습니다. * 대체적으로 만족 합니다.
