직원등은 모두 친절하고, 특히 다른 호텔대비 외부 도로 소음이 적습니다. 청결하고 모든것이 최고입니다.

As per room category description, the Superior Room is the lowest room type so the desk is not available. Regarding iron & iron board, these items are available but only provide upon request. We hold our team to the highest standards, and I regret that we didn’t meet those expectations.
