Très bien dans l'ensemble
Publié le 29 juill. 2019 sur HotelsBel ensemble. Appartement très spacieux. Très belle vue sur Hanoi. Détail étonnant : pas de batterie de cuisine et le strict minimum en matière de vaisselle. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Piscine très agréable si elle n'était envahie de locaux qui viennent y prendre des cours de natation et font un boucanier d'enfer. Bonne situation mais des taxis sont nécessaires pour aller vers Hoan Kiem et le Vieux Quartier.

The room was much larger than expected. It was actually more like an apartment than a hotel room and I liked that because it was comfortable. The place was clean the staff very friendly and helpful.
The one thing I would say is when I asked for more water I was old they only supply X number of waters per day. This is fine of course but since water is a basic commodity I would say sending two more bottles would not break the bank but make the customers feel comfortable.
That said, I would return because everything was excellent.

ロッテマートやビンコムセンターまでタクシーですぐです。

部屋をアップグレードしていただいた事は有難かったですが、バスタブ内でのシャワーがどう工夫しても洗面所が水浸しになる構造でそこだけ厳しかったです。
お湯の温度も安定せず、熱いお湯は時々しか出ませんでした。
それ以外は問題なく、また利用したくなるホテルでした。
