Chucked out before aches out day

The staff are horrible the worst it can ever get imagine we were chucked out a day before our check out day. Unfortunately I was not staying the guests staying were chucked out a day before and because they were oissed off they didn’t even argue

My stay there was great, rooms where clean, a great desk to work on, comfortable bed and sound proof room. However there was limited ventilation, food was too spicy but the potions where great. The wifi though wasn't for doing your weekend work, i was getting speeds of up too 2mb/s with occasional spikes of 10mb/s. Thus for work their netwrok needs improvement

Their only mode of is cash They are too far from the airport and out of CBD The service was very poor There wasn't any hot water

Thanks for your feedback and sorry that your stay was not pleasant. Please note that we are in the Northern Suburbs of the town, which is about 20km from the airport. Regarding the mode of payment, please note that we have an option to pay directly to the expedia platform. We will look into the hot water issue, but we have geysers that operate on electricity and generator.
