Location on Map is Misleading!
Publié le 2 janv. 2023 sur HotelsThe Hotels.com map showed this hotel on Songbei Blvd just north across the river from the Snow and Ice Festival. This is false. The hotel is several kilometers to the northwest of that location and not at all convenient to the festival grounds. Otherwise, the hotel facility is good, and the staff was responsive to my requests (even with my limited Mandarin).

Nice hotel but service can be improved
Publié le 1 janv. 2020 sur HotelsService is quite slow because they were short staffed. But considering the peak festive season they should have planned for more as the hotel was fully booked. Ordered for extra blankets and pillows but didn’t come though we waited till mid night. So we had to ask them to make sure they deliver it the next day as the room was quite cold though we have adjusted it to the max.
In room dining was slow as well and had missing and wrong items brought. We had to tell them that there were missing items from the set and was eventually reluctantly topped up.

Relatively fine but need to improve catering staff
