Decent but nothing exciting
Publié le 19 oct. 2019 sur HotelsSmall error during the check-in process : on the number of nights of my stay and the fact that the room was already paid so they had to double-check twice.
The room was quite spacious but may need a refresh.
The food at the cafe (after 10pm) was very disappointing. The one at the chinese restaurant though was very good.
Convenient since there is an ATM in the lobby.

Not a Shangri-La standard
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HotelsNot a Shangri-la standard at all. The room look old, toiletries sub-standard brand, small TV and not working !!! Poor check in, attending to other things while checking me in. No concierge in helping my luggage. And horrible breakfast ... poor crowd control, squeeze, no service, many unclear table, rude chef (egg station). Super regret staying in this hotel in my first trip to Harbin.
