Gorgeous remodeled home in Harbor Springs with Hot tub

A beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom home located less than 1 mile from downtown Harbor Springs/Lake Michigan and 6 miles to Boyne Highlands/Nubs Nob. This spacious house sleeps 14. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, game room, 3 season room, and a large 1 acre lot in quiet subdivision.

Kids and adults alike will love the fully finished basement featuring a game area with a multi-game arcade unit and a multi-game foosball table. The basement also includes an egress window, full bathroom, two sets of bunk beds, a 55" smart tv, sofa sleeper, a mini-fridge, and full laundry room. Fully remodeled kitchen includes beautiful granite counter tops, a coffee bar, large pantry closet, and all the amenities you could need. Plenty of dining seating between the large dining table, 4 stools at counter, and 4 person table in coffee nook.

All main bedrooms feature black out shades and ultra comfy mattresses from Puffy.

Plenty of board games and puzzles to stay busy on those nights in and just as many yard games and toys to occupy kids of all ages outdoors. We have beach chairs, toys, an inflatable Kayak, 2 stand up paddle boards, and a beach wagon to make your beach days perfect. Ride around our quiet subdivision on the bikes we have available for use (2 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes).

Fun Harbor features large grassy front and back yards. Perfect for yard games, quiet mornings sipping coffee or night time soaks in the hot tub. You might even catch a glimpse of the deer and turkeys that frequent the neighborhood. Share stories over the warmth and glow of a campfire in our built-in firepit and don't forget to bring stuff for s'mores!

Bringing a little one? We have a port-a-crib, high chair/booster seat and stroller available for your use, as well as dining and drinkware for tots.

Since we are located in a quiet, family oriented subdivision we have a zero tolerance policy for parties and dogs who are left unattended/barking. Guests will be required to adhere to neighborhood quiet hours from 10pm-6am (outdoor noise). If the authorities are called, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.

Another great visit!
This home and property offer a comfortable place for our big family to stay together and enjoy Michigan's fall color. The home had all we needed with laundry, hot tub and fire pit, well-appointed kitchen, outdoor games, and even toys and items needed for the little ones. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to all the area has to offer.

Exquisite in every way!
This property had all the amenities you would ever want. Lots of special touches that made the time away feel comfortable yet elegant. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Wonderful location and house
The house was very nice - just as described and seen in the pictures. House was fully furnished and had all the essentials you would need. Also very nice to have a small assortment of spices available and plenty of games and toys for little ones. Conveniently located and the property was nice and very well maintained. Enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard in the morning and evening. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Harvor Springs area.

Perfect Vacation Stay for a Family
This house was awesome. Situated in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to downtown HS. Very comfortable, functional space perfect for hanging out while cooking etc. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you could need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fresh and clean. There are too many games to count for both indoor and out. Everything you see in the pictures was there and was just as advertised. Overall, we had thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fun Harbor!

This is a lovely rental home. We had a wonderful stay. It is extremely clean, well-appointed, and clearly the owners take great care of the space. The yard is wonderful and the garage and kitchen were well stocked with all the kinds of things we needed to make ourselves at home. This appears to be predominately used for rentals rather than as a family home, but it didn't feel bland or void of character; rather it felt like you could make it your own. I am often squeamish about the cleanliness of rentals, but this met all my expectations. Bathrooms, kitchens, even the plates and utensils in drawers, which sometimes get overlooked by cleaners. Two FYIs that were fine but which we didn't realize beforehand: the bunk bed area is in the common space of the basement, adjacent to the foldout couch. These are not separate areas. Also, "in town" is a little generous in that you're not really in the most walkable area of Harbor Springs downtown. It's less than a five minute drive to the shops and water, but a long walk and partially without sidewalks. People familiar with the town may have known that from the map, but we were new to the area and didn't realize. Nevertheless, we would absolutely rent it again on a future trip to Harbor Springs. Wonderful!!

Relaxing house with lots of amenities!
Close to town, yet far enough away to be private and enjoy wildlife. There are so many amenities! I have young kids and they had everything we needed, pack and play, booster seat, kids utensils, kids step stool, stroller, etc! They also had lots of other amenities, coffee, toiletries (if you forgot anything). The house itself is very nice and comfortable.

The property was clean and exactly as pictures show. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful (city-wide power outage during our stay and we were never without answers from the property team). Great space for larger groups. We loved the porch and the backyard! Great spot for s’mores and yard games after a day at the lake.

Very easy to summarize when it is all 5 stars. Nothing I would change. It was perfect and had all the amenities, toys, games, etc. that one could ask for. Beautiful trek deck and spent lots of time lounging in the Florida Room. About a 1 mile walk to heart of town. Great communication during booking process and they lay out throughout the house all the instructions you need to know. Awesome place.

Beautiful home, perfect for a ski weekend!
This house is perfect in everyway! The hosts have thought of every detail and were very easy to communicate with. The house is beautifully decorated and the view of the woods out back is stunning and peaceful. There were deer out back. There was a dining table perfect for large family dinners and the home was stocked with every necessity. The beds/linens were very comfortable. The house was immaculate and absolutely perfect for our annual family ski trip. The house is 10 minutes from Nub’s Nob and Boyne Highlands. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and games. Thank you for a wonderful weekend reprieve!

Well thought out layout of the property was perfect for our family. Very clean, with all the kitchen and bath items needed. The views are beautiful, with 3 to 5 deer visiting the yards afternoons and evenings. Lots of toys and games, and nice hot tub. We will be back!

Our hosts treated us like family. Our adult children and their children gathered for a ski weekend. The house was so well provisioned- from the kitchen, coffee bar, games, and bathrooms. The hot tub after skiing (with temps of 8 degrees) was heavenly. The back yard view was a winter wonderland. Check in and check out processes were easy too. You will definitely enjoy a stay here!

Mind BLOWN!
Mind BLOWN does not even begin to describe how impressed we all were by not only this beautiful house but how amazing the hosts were. Having traveled often and stayed in many places, I can honestly say this is the best experience to date. The house was beautiful, looked brand new, and laid out perfect for our large group ( 7adults, 5 kids). The gathering area was great and there was also plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The fire pit, hot tub, and especially game room were enjoyed by all. The house was stocked with any amenity you could think of and as someone who always forgets at least one thing, it was appreciated. Melissa and Russ were so helpful and took the extra step to even make sure the house was decorated for the holidays for us. I can not recommend this place enough. We will be back up that way and when we are, this is the only place I want to stay. Thank you for everything and for making this Christmas one of the most memorable ones ever!

This home was all about the details--well-stocked kitchen and coffee bar, indoor and outdoor games, amenities in the bathrooms, very clean and organized. The decor was attractive and the neighborhood was quiet and pretty. We enjoyed the deer who gathered right outside our windows too.
