Tres belle hotel neuve luxueux mais l'internet est a 3-4 megabit seconde ....

It’s a basic super 8. So that met my expectations. The pillows on the bed are the worst pillows I have ever had in a hotel. So flat might has well not have had one.
Also I feel that this super 8 is expensive for its location.

No towels, small pillows and only two pillows per bed, the syrup in the breakfast area was watered down, they are very cheap on everything to with the hotel, do not stay they very bad experience

Hello Ryan,While each room is provided with adequate towels of different sizes and pillow, extra can be provided upon request at no charge. We did provide you with three extra sets at your request so please let us know if there is anything more we can do to accommodate.Our breakfast items are never altered and purchased from a supplier. We did not realize you were unhappy with your experience as our team went above and beyond specifically for your family to serve breakfast until 10:30am when it is usually closed down at 9:00am. We are very saddened to hear your experience was not what you expected. Please allow us a chance to make it right by reaching out to us to discuss this matter further.

Stayed here before but unfortunately we booked the wrong dates through hotels.com so called the hotel to see if they could change them and they said no you need to contact hotels.com. The person at the hotel who answered was not friendly and argued about the whole process. We then reached out to hotels.com who said they would contact the hotel to see if they will authorize changing the dates or a refund. Well the hotel said NO! We even asked if they would change the date for 1 day rather than 2. Will never stay here again. I miss the old days when customer service was friendly and they did everything to accommodate the customer. I get it is our error but didn’t think it would be a big stress thing getting this changed.

Hello,We are very saddened to read your review. We think there was a big misunderstanding and apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately the travel agent who called on your behalf reached out to us extremely late on June 14th (the date of your check out) and at that point there was no way to adjust the check in date. As your reservation was a pre-paid booking from a travel agency, we are physically unable to make any modifications from our system. This is why our front desk staff requested that you reach out to the travel agent to adjust the dates to properly adjust our inventory. Our team had communicated with one another to ensure we could accommodate your reservation change even while we were fully booked. We had a room set aside for you and waited to hear back but there was no call until it was too late. We would love to discuss this matter in detail to make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you so much.

Very friendly front desk lady! Breakfast was a bit lacking but served its purpose.
